“ Stopped in here for a big group dinner the week of Thanksgiving. It was emptier inside and they were able to accommodate us to sit at a large booth instead. Our service was attentive and prompt and our server was mindful of allergies and even brought out a dessert taco to celebrate a birthday. Didn't take a picture but between the apps and the pizzas, we all left satisfied. ”

“ I have to say I was a little skeptical when my husband and I walked in. It was a little loud for us but we're older. We got used to it after a while but the important thing was the waitress. She was so amazingly kind and helpful and we noticed. So the food...we had the salad...one each. Mine was the most elaborate with avocado, kale, cheese tomato etc. Can't remember the name of it. My husband had a Caesar salad and he said the dressing was superb. The the pizza...Cheesus, Mary and Joseph plus mushrooms was so good...amazing, really. Then the piece de resistance...dessert. I got the fried ice cream. Salted caramel ice cream, fried with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping, caramel sauce, whipped cream and strawberries. My goodness...no words. I would skip a part of the meal just for the dessert but I don't know which one I would skip! ”

“ Came here to celebrate my friend's daughter's birthday after helping to chaperone an escape room with a bunch of teenagers. We were a party of about 10-12 in attendance. They had a nice table setting already prepared for us on high tables as soon as we got there. Our server was super nice and very attentive and came and checked on us several times. The food was delicious! We ordered several pizzas for the kids and I dibbed and dabbed at all of them. They were all made fresh with their wood fired ovens and any pizza I had was great! Crust was perfect along with all the toppings. All of the appetizers were on point and the portions were a plenty! You can go wrong with this joint. It was a fun and vibrant atmosphere in Wicker Park and a beautify day out. Place was busy but like I said before, our server was attentive and we never felt ignored or felt that the wait was too long at any time. Highly recommend! ”

“ TL;DR A super hip vibe with a creative menu and good food to back it up. Parlor Pizza Bar is vibrant and welcoming in Wicker Park. They have a huge patio on one side and the wall on the other boasts a huge colorful mural. The dining room is large and the huge windows were open the day we visited. The Bears game (and others) were on and Parlor noticeably does an amazing job having music on during commercials and the game audio on during plays. For this visit I made a reservation online for 2pm. There were tables available but we were able to get a booth because of the reservation. I really wanted this to be a five star review, and my (minor) criticisms come in the time between being seating and the food coming out. Service was slow. Not unbearable. And not even a bad thing for a bigger group hanging out relaxing for a way more laid back Sunday. Our server was friendly, and I let her know we were ready to order. I got the banana soufflé pancakes and a side of house hash, and my partner got the eggs benedict pizza. A surprisingly short amount of time passed and my pancakes were brought out. It was then another 15 minutes before the pizza came out. I'm assuming the pizzas are in their own oven or kitchen space and are a separate ticket system from other dishes? But my choices were to eat alone and then watch my partner eat alone, or let my food get cold so we could eat together. I chose the latter. The food was really good and will bring us back. The eggs benny pizza is decadent but not too rich. The eggs are cooked beautifully. The crust is one of my favorites in the city. Chefs kiss all the way around to the pizzas here. The pancakes are novel and fun. I definitely think I lost some of the lightness of the soufflé part by waiting to eat until the rest of the table's food arrived, but I loved the banana cream on the side and the flavor of the pancakes. The house hash was a nice surprise and I love the way they prepare the potatoes. I really wanted to try one of their absolutely bonkers dessert tacos but I filled up on entrees, so that's definitely on the short list to try. I love the atmosphere here and it's definitely a place to bring your friends. Thank you, Parlor, for a great Sunday brunch! ”

“ Took my niece out on a beautiful day and we passed by this spot. We found out it was lthe happy hour, 2 for 1 pizza. And we ordered drinks. The pizza was good and so were the drinks! ”

“ The patio here is enormous. We were luckily seated despite it being a Saturday night. Surprisingly, the kale salad stood out. We also shared the fried calamari and pizza. This location's service and quality is much better than the one in West Loop. ”

“ I did an online order from takeout here. I was really surprised at house packed this place was when I went to pickup my pizza. Every table was full, but most importantly, the staff was friendly and the pizza was delicious. I ordered a Margherita pizza as well as their Sgt. Pepper pizza. Both were delicious and fairly priced. The Margherita came with your traditional tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil and extra olive oil. Nothing else is needed on this classic pizza. The crust was perfectly charred and everything tasted fresh. The Sgt. Pepper obviously came with pepperoni, mozzarella di Bufala, and white truffle oil. Just the like the Margherita, the crust had a nice char and overall a very delicious pizza. Will definitely be coming back. ”

“ Walking into the Wicker Park Parlor Pizza Bar, we were greeted by what seemed to be the manager. Very kind person. The restaurant is a very chill place to sit in. They have the large open windows, nicely sized tables, and a massive bar. Their outside seating is very cute as well. The food is outstanding. By the time we ordered to the time we got the pizzas, was about 7 minutes. The pizza is made in the stone ovens, so you get that charcoal flavor in the mix. This location is in a very nice area, with shops, and other beautiful restaurants. The only thing I had trouble with, was their digital menu. It was glitchy and half way through ordering, we didn't know there was another menu page. Their hostess was not the kindest and inviting person, but that didn't detract us from the enjoyment of this establishment. ”

“ Come for the pizza, stay for the fun ambiance and drinks! I've been here a few times but most recently during their happy hour (4-7 M-F) on a Friday. We arrived around 6pm and it was pretty busy but we got two seats at the bar. Ordered the Calamari appetizer and two pizzas (pictured) as well as a spicy margarita. All on special as part of happy hour! Service was friendly and the perfect amount of attentiveness. Food came out hot and delicious. TVs all over the restaurant so you'll never miss a big sporting event. I would recommend Parlor whether it's a casual date night or just meeting up with some friends! ”
